Lailla T. Vincent, B.S., M.A.
Patient Care Coordinator, Surgery Scheduling
Lailla earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, in addition to completing a medical assistant training program, and she is equipped with over 20 years of experience. She is committed to guiding patients through the process of gaining insurance approval for surgery, as well as continuing patient education, counseling, and support before and after surgery. Lailla works closely with Dr. Naim and his patients to ensure the best patient care possible.
Daniella Lavi-Dray, M.S., R.D.
Registered Dietician, Food and Nutrition Expert
Daniella earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education and her Master of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at CSU Northridge. Her specialties include weight management, bariatric care, and cardiovascular health. Daniella is a new addition to Dr. Naim’s Advance Bariatric Center team, and is dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles by counseling and nutrition education. She currently holds a chair position in the Los Angeles District Diet Association, and is developing an educational board game for dietetic students. Daniella is available for all patients, both bariatric surgery patients and individuals interested in non-surgical weight loss.
Carolyn L. Taylor, M.S., PA-C
Surgical Physician Assistant
Carolyn has worked with Dr. Naim for approximately 3 years after earning her Master of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University. She assists Dr. Naim in surgery, consults with new patients interested in surgical or non-surgical weight loss and diet supplements, evaluates post-operative patients in the hospital and in the clinic setting, performs LAP-BAND and Realize Band adjustments, and is available for patient education and counseling. Carolyn is also available for anti-aging skin care and rejuvenation treatments, such as dermal fillers and BOTOX®.
Gina Divinagracia
Medical Assistant, Insurance Approval and Surgery Scheduling
Gina has been a part of Dr. Naim’s Advance Bariatric Team for 3 years, but has over 20 years of experience as a medical assistant and with insurance verification. She ensures the efficiency of the clinic and office by assisting Dr. Naim during patient office visits and patient counseling, and helps patients obtain insurance authorization for surgery.
Patricia Legaspi and Angelica Lopez
Patricia and Angelica have been a part of Dr. Naim’s Advance Bariatric Team for 3 years as front office receptionists, maintaining clerical organization and filing, and are responsible for medical billing and collections.
